All of us have a purpose to be here. Our why involves a plan for us to live out our purpose. I realized that being on earth is more than about me. My WHY is about elevating others. When I think of my WHY, I remember Zig Ziglar’s quote:
You can have everything in life you want if
you will just help other people get what they want.

When you realize you are a content provider, you can connect the dots. If there is a major event in society, education, or something else, and someone has reached out to you, you have influence. If they ask you to help them understand, process, or unpack it, you have influence.
John Maxwell quoted in his book, Five Levels of Leaderships,
if you have influence, you are a leader. If you have influence, you have power.
